PILLOWCASE SOLUTION

设计思路：
1.将枕套这一品类从传统后整理线中独立出来，原本工作任务繁重的后整理线，可以分配更多的时间来完成其他任务。
2.根据常规枕套尺寸来设计的工作宽度更节约能源。
3.较短的工作宽度换来了更高的平整度，不易因使用时间而导致辊筒变形。
工作环境：蒸汽压力0.4-0.6Mpa
产能：每小时1500-1800个枕套
能耗：180kg/h【同比高烫节约66.7%，仅耗1/3】

Design idea:
1.The pillowcase category is separate from the traditional finishing line, which is originally heavy work, and can allocate more time to complete other tasks.
2.Working widths designed according to conventional pillowcase sizes are more energy efficient.
3. Shorter working width in exchange for higher flatness, not easy to cause roll deformation due to use time.

洗脱机

WASHING EXTRACTOR

1.设备所有与水接触的部位都为304不锈钢材质。
2.全悬浮式结构，主电机的位与设备的顶部，便于通风、散热、防潮，便于主电机的维护。
3.全电脑控制系统，内设有30套自动程序，工作性能稳定，可靠。
4.配有自动洗涤剂冲散容器，既不会产生皂粉堆积现象，也不会产生添加剂不能充分溶解而引起布草灼烧现象。

适用于多种布草类型，可根据不同的布草尺寸和厚度进行调整。根据不同的工作量和熨烫需求来选择加减辊。
